About Us at Caring Minds, LLC:

Founder, Jennifer Sigley, has over 20 years of successful experience with the Geriatric population and is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.  Experience includes Director of Nursing, Risk Management, Quality Improvement and Assurance, Medical-Surgical, Nurse Educator, Home Health Care, Playing an Active Role in Wellness, Safety, and Health in the Community, and Military Understanding and Involvement.  Plans of Action are developed in response to identifying problems or the Desire for Additional Learning.
